User Agreement

Welcome to Time-Sey Management

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Time-Sey Management mobile application, website, and related services.

Time-Sey Management is an internal Lead Management and Business Operations platform developed exclusively for authorized employees and representatives of the organization. By accessing or using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable organizational policies and legal requirements.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

1. Purpose of the Application

Time-Sey Management is designed to support internal business operations by enabling authorized employees to:

  • Manage customer enquiries (leads)
  • Assign and monitor operational tasks
  • Track employee attendance
  • Record customer follow-ups
  • Monitor business activities
  • Generate operational reports
  • Improve workflow efficiency

The application is intended solely for organizational use and is not a public-facing dating or matchmaking platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to Time-Sey Management is restricted to:

  • Authorized employees
  • Managers
  • Team leaders
  • Administrators
  • Directors
  • Other representatives approved by the organization

Users must have valid credentials issued by the organization to access the platform.

Unauthorized access, use, or attempted access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

Each authorized user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users agree to:

  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Protect OTPs and authentication information.
  • Use only their assigned account.
  • Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
  • Ensure account information remains accurate and up to date.

Sharing login credentials with any unauthorized person is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the application only for legitimate organizational purposes. Permitted activities include:

  • Managing assigned customer leads
  • Recording follow-up activities
  • Updating attendance records
  • Completing assigned tasks
  • Viewing authorized reports
  • Communicating internally for business purposes
  • Accessing information relevant to assigned responsibilities

Users must always act in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Access accounts belonging to other users.
  • Share confidential customer or employee information without authorization.
  • Copy, download, or distribute organizational data for personal use.
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
  • Interfere with application performance or availability.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities using the application.
  • Misrepresent information or intentionally provide false data.
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Employee Responsibilities

Authorized employees are expected to use the application responsibly and professionally. Employees are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Recording accurate lead and follow-up information.
  • Updating attendance honestly.
  • Completing assigned tasks within expected timelines.
  • Protecting customer information.
  • Following organizational policies and procedures.
  • Reporting technical or security issues promptly.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in disciplinary action.

7. Lead Management

Customer enquiries managed through the application remain the property of the organization.

Users may:

  • View assigned leads.
  • Update lead status.
  • Record customer interactions.
  • Schedule follow-ups.
  • Add internal remarks.

Users must not use customer information for personal purposes or share it outside the organization.

8. Attendance & Task Management

Attendance records and task updates submitted through the application must be accurate and truthful.

Users must not:

  • Submit false attendance records.
  • Manipulate working hours.
  • Update tasks that were not completed.
  • Falsify operational reports.

The organization reserves the right to verify attendance and operational records where necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Time-Sey Management application, including its software, design, graphics, logos, databases, documentation, and related materials, are owned by the organization.

Users may not:

  • Copy the application.
  • Modify source code or create derivative works.
  • Reproduce application content without authorization.
  • Use trademarks or branding without permission.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Confidential Information

During the course of using the application, users may access confidential business information, customer data, employee records, operational reports, and internal communications.

Users agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Use information only for official duties.
  • Protect organizational data from unauthorized access.
  • Avoid discussing confidential information in public or unsecured environments.

Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment or authorized access ends.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Time-Sey Management, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the application.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of business opportunities, profits, or revenue.
  • Loss of customer information resulting from user negligence.
  • Loss of productivity.
  • Data corruption caused by unauthorized third-party activities.
  • Service interruptions due to internet connectivity issues.
  • Device malfunctions or operating system limitations.
  • Temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
  • Delays in communication caused by network providers or third-party services.

The organization shall not be responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from information entered, modified, or managed by authorized users through the application. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information before making operational decisions.

12. Disclaimer

Time-Sey Management is provided as an internal business management platform for authorized employees of the organization.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the application operates reliably and accurately, we do not guarantee that:

  • The application will always operate without interruption.
  • All services will be available at all times.
  • The application will be free from technical errors, bugs, or delays.
  • Data transmission over the internet will always be completely secure.
  • Every feature will be compatible with every device or operating system version.

The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or enhance any feature of the application at any time without prior notice where necessary for maintenance, security, operational improvements, or legal compliance.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Time-Sey Management application or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue use and notify your organization to deactivate your account.

By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge that:

  • You are an authorized user of the organization.
  • You will use the application only for legitimate business purposes.
  • You will comply with all applicable organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • You will protect confidential business and customer information.
  • You understand your responsibilities regarding the secure and appropriate use of the application.
